Reach the sculpt you left open
Open ZBrush on your Mac with your sculpt, SubTools, brushes, and desktop settings in place. Inspect the model, review its organization, or check an export without transferring the project into another sculpting app.
- Inspect the model and SubTools
- Review brush and geometry settings
- Check export settings
Use ZBrush on iPad
An iPad gives the desktop sculpt and tool panels more room. It is useful for reviewing a model in the Mac project before returning to detailed sculpting.

Can I use ZBrush on my iPhone or iPad with Apperture?
Yes — by streaming ZBrush from your Mac with Apperture. The desktop app runs on your Mac; your iPhone or iPad displays its window and sends remote input back. You need a reachable, awake Mac with ZBrush installed, the free Apperture Mac host, and the Apperture app on your iPhone or iPad.
ZBrush also has a native iPad edition designed for touch and Apple Pencil. Apperture shows desktop ZBrush on your Mac; it does not provide the native iPad app’s input workflow. ZBrush product information.
