Get the Mac app

Apperture has two parts: the iPhone and iPad viewer, and a Mac host app. Install the host on the Mac you want to view.

Afterwards:

  1. Open the DMG and drag Apperture to Applications.
  2. Launch it — Apperture lives in your Mac's menu bar.
  3. Back on your iPhone or iPad, scan the pairing QR code to connect.

That's the only manual download. The Mac app keeps itself up to date from there.
